ATS is always looking for motivated workers who want to gain experience abroad; we offer temporary and / or long-term work with good payment and secured accommodation. ATS services are free of charge.
Due to our Dutch roots and extensive experience in the Netherlands in construction/technology sector and temporary work, we know what is expected from you abroad. In the Netherlands, we only work with NEN 4400 -1 certified employment agencies (for more information, visit the website https://www.normeringarbeid.nl). The accommodation is also being controlled and checked by SNF https://www.normeringflexwonen.nl
In order to be able to provide you with a job abroad, you need to have valid European documents (ID or passport) and a bank account. If necessary, we can help you open a bank account abroad.
What does ATS do?
We would like to receive an up-to-date CV from you, which we will forward to our clients. If our client is interested in your services, we will inform you about the job location, the length of employment and how much you will earn. If you and the employer agree to the terms, we will help you arrange the trip abroad. This can be done by plane (you will be picked up at the airport), by bus or personal car. Some of our clients refund travel expenses; this will be explicitly mentioned in your job offer. After arriving abroad, you will be received by our client, who will arrange the necessary documents, assist you with the accommodation, and arrange the transportation/commute. Most of our partners pay your salary every week.
Work with workng contract:
ATS always keeps in touch with you in case there are questions or problems we will try to resolve them as soon as possible. We will contact our partner on your behalf, so that you can concentrate fully on the work.
Social fees and health insurance are paid by our client, so you can go to a doctor or get a hospital if needed. If you work 26 weeks in the Netherlands, you will also earn a pension there. You must have a valid EU passport or identity card and bank account. If necessary, we can help you open a bank account abroad.
Tax reimbursement
If you have worked abroad, you may be entitled to a tax refund, which you can claim annually through our partner Dendax. For more information press HERE
