ATS Workforce is Bulgarian/Romanian recruiting agency headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria. The company was founded in 2012 as we started recruiting people- butchers and other vacancies- for Iceland. The successful start led our company to expand and in 2014 we started recruiting people for the Netherlands. Due to our Dutch roots history and extensive experience we are focused in short and long-term employment in the technical and building. Being concentrated in the Dutch market, now we can say that 95% of our business is related to the Netherlands where we operate with NEN 4400-1 certified agencies.

Furthermore, we have partners in German, Belgium, and Iceland.

Since we have noticed that it became more difficult to find suitable candidates in Bulgaria, in 2018 we have decided to open a new branch office in Bucharest, Romania. Nowadays our name is recognized in Romania, while our database with qualified Romanian candidates expands.

As days go by, our network and database advance and grow.

Our mission is to give people who want to work the chance to do so - to acquire professional experience and skills abroad to serve them as a good basis for future personal and professional development. In this regard, one of our responsibilities is to provide support for each approved applicant for work - both material (by ensuring compliance with the arrangements for accommodation, payment, etc.) and moral - in order for our candidates to acquire the necessary confidence, to be able to show what the workers of Eastern Europe are capable of and, if possible, to build a better image of our country. In turn, we only expect to receive correctness and quality work. To our partners abroad we are committed to providing the highest possible quality services. This includes conducting market research, selecting the best cadres and providing a variety of job applications. And that is what we strive to do!

At present, the database of ATS Workforce  has hundreds of applications and continues to grow with each passing day. We believe that one day we can become a leading company in the field of human resources and a market leader serving small and medium-sized enterprises in the territory of Eastern Europe.
